TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Linkific and all individuals associated with the organization, including employees, interns, candidates, freelancers, contractors, and clients. By engaging with Linkific, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Scope & Applicability

These Terms apply to:

  • Recruitment and hiring processes
  • Internship and employment programs
  • Client services and project engagements
  • Access to Linkific systems, platforms, tools, and resources
  • Usage of confidential and proprietary information

No individual or client is exempt from these Terms under any circumstance.

2. Engagement & Eligibility

To work with Linkific in any capacity, individuals must:

  • Provide accurate identity and contact details
  • Submit necessary documents for onboarding
  • Follow all HR, operational, and security protocols
  • Accept all confidentiality and IP conditions
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times

Linkific reserves the right to deny or terminate engagement without prior notice.

3. Responsibilities of Employees, Interns & Contractors

A. Professional Conduct

All individuals must:

  • Follow ethical behavior
  • Respect colleagues and work culture
  • Meet deadlines and assigned responsibilities
  • Maintain discipline in communication, meetings, and submission

B. Compliance

Everyone must comply with:

  • Company policies
  • Privacy Policy
  • NDA obligations
  • Access rules and data security standards

Violation can result in termination.

4. Responsibilities of Clients

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information related to the project
  • Make timely payments as per agreements
  • Not misuse Linkific’s intellectual property
  • Not harass, threaten, or manipulate the team
  • Respect project timelines and development processes

Linkific reserves the right to terminate a client agreement if misconduct or breach occurs.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All individuals must treat the following as strictly confidential:

  • Source code
  • Documents
  • AI/ML models
  • Internal communication
  • Project data
  • System architecture
  • Client information
  • Work processes

Confidential information cannot be shared, copied, published, forwarded, or reused without written permission.

Any breach → immediate termination + legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

  • All work created during employment/internship/project belongs entirely to Linkific.
  • No employee, intern, contractor, or client can claim ownership.
  • Materials cannot be used for personal portfolios without written approval.
  • Research, code, designs, documents, and strategies remain the sole property of Linkific.

7. Access & Security Rules

Individuals must:

  • Use only approved tools and systems
  • Not bypass or manipulate security protocols
  • Not store project data on personal devices without authorization
  • Avoid unauthorized downloads, uploads, or transfers
  • Immediately report suspicious activity

Linkific may:

  • Monitor systems and conversations
  • Audit logs, files, and actions
  • Restrict or terminate accounts anytime

8. Payment & Compensation

A. Employees

Paid based on salary agreements.

B. Interns

May be unpaid or stipended, depending on program guidelines.

C. Clients

Must pay according to project agreements. Late payments may result in:

  • Delay of service
  • Suspension
  • Penalties or legal collection

9. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Data theft
  • Plagiarism
  • Sharing screenshots or recordings
  • Misrepresenting Linkific publicly
  • Harassment of team members
  • Spreading misinformation
  • Unauthorized access
  • Creating copies of Linkific systems/products

Violation leads to permanent termination & legal prosecution.

10. Legal Rights & Enforcement

Linkific holds the right to enforce:

  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Copyright Act, 1957
  • Data Protection & Privacy Rules
  • IPC Cybercrime Provisions

Penalties may include:

  • Legal notices
  • Compensation claims
  • Civil and criminal action
  • Permanent blacklisting

11. Termination Policy

Linkific may terminate any individual or client if:

  • Policies are violated
  • Confidential data is mishandled
  • Performance is unacceptable
  • Misconduct or fraud occurs
  • Trust is compromised

Termination may be immediate without explanation.

12. Limitation of Liability

Linkific is not responsible for:

  • Technical outages
  • Platform issues
  • Misconduct by employees/interns/clients
  • Delays caused by third-party systems
  • Losses resulting from external cyber incidents

Liability is limited strictly to the value defined in agreements.

13. Modifications to Terms

Linkific may modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective immediately upon publication.
